Subscriptions

At REAL TECH, you can have various subscriptions and alerts. Most of the subscriptions are related to promotional offers for domain names, plans, certificates and alerts. In your profile at REAL TECH, you can choose for which of them you would like to subscribe, by clicking on "Subscriptions" in your profile management page.

Alerts

If you have an active subscription at REAL TECH for any of our products, you may receive expiration alerts by e-mail. We send alerts in the following sequence:

2 Months prior expiration;
1 Month prior expiration;
15 Days prior expiration;
7 Days prior expiration;
1 Day prior expiration.

In order to avoid any downtime, please review your e-mail for expiration alerts.
